Dr. Fabian Carbonell has extensive experience in Psychiatry. He has worked in different clinical settings including inpatient, outpatient and Intensive outpatient programs and has managed a wide variety of mental conditions in diverse populations.

He completed medical school at University of Cartagena, Colombia and residency in Psychiatry at Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. He also completed a fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry from Harvard Medical School's McLean and Massachusetts General hospitals.

His delivery of care is skillful, compassionate, and friendly yet professional, with the aim to develop long-term relationships with his patients. 

Abidemi is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.  She has extensive experience in psychiatric care. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings including inpatient psychiatric units and has managed a wide range of mental health conditions in diverse patient populations.

She completed her graduate training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her training emphasizes comprehensive psychiatric assessment, evidence-based medication management, and collaborative, patient-centered care.

Her delivery of care is skillful, compassionate, and professional, with the goal of developing strong, long-term therapeutic relationships with her patients.

Ron is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. He earned his graduate degree from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois,and, over the course of his career in mental health, has worked with people from diverse backgrounds in a range of clinical settings, helping address a variety of mental health concerns.

Ron focuses on all aspects of a person’s well-being and believes it takes strength to acknowledge and address challenges. He works closely with patients to create plans that meet their needs and help them feel supported, informed, and empowered to move forward towards their goals.

  Maria is a bilingual (Spanish and English) board certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience working in various behavioral health settings and roles, including inpatient and outpatient care. She graduated from Lewis University and has worked with diverse individuals throughout the lifespan.

Her approach to care is evidence- based, holistic, and collaborative, integrating all aspects of well-being including sleep, nutrition, exercise, and self-care. She believes each person is unique and deserves personalized treatment provided with empathy, compassion, and respect. Maria delivers care in a safe nonjudgmental space in which the patient is heard, understood, empowered, and has their questions answered every step of the way. 

  Joseph is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in behavioral health. He is dedicated to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based psychiatric care across diverse populations. His clinical expertise includes the assessment, diagnosis, and management of mental health conditions in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric units, crisis stabilization services, and multidisciplinary treatment teams.  Joseph has also held leadership roles overseeing patient safety initiatives, quality improvement programs, and clinical operations, reinforcing his commitment to high standards of care rooted in safety, accountability, and compassion. His leadership experience enhances his clinical practice and supports a thoughtful, collaborative approach to treatment.

  Danyatta is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner with extensive experience in providing psychiatric care in inpatient, outpatient, and long-term settings. She works with a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health conditions.  Having completed her graduate training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Danyatta is dedicated to creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that promote healing, understanding, and long-term wellness, all while emphasizing holistic care. She is committed to empowering her patients to gain a better understanding of their mental health in a supportive and stigma-free environment. Danyatta provides compassionate, skilled, and professional care, focused on fostering trust and building strong therapeutic relationships.

Majida is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience providing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. 

She treats a wide range of mental health conditions and is committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care.

  Semiloore is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse.  With years of experience in mental healthcare, she has worked across diverse clinical settings, supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and complex life transitions. Her approach is collaborative, culturally informed, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Semiloore believes mental health care should be empowering, not intimidating. She partners closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address both symptoms and underlying factors, helping them build resilience, clarity, and long-term stability.
